Food License Disclosure

  • FreshBite Tiffin Service currently does not hold a food business licence.
  • We are operating as a private tiffin service from a home kitchen.
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this disclosure.

Order Policy

  • Orders must be placed at least 2 hours before the desired delivery time.
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders during peak hours or due to ingredient unavailability.
  • Menu items may vary based on seasonal availability of ingredients.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is collected on delivery unless otherwise agreed.
  • We currently do not accept online payments.
  • Cash payments are preferred.
  • No advance payment is required for regular orders.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are accepted up to 4 hours before scheduled delivery time.
  • Orders cancelled within 4 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as per our refund policy.
  • Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Allergen Information

  • Customers must inform us of any food allergies in the "Special Instructions" field.
  • We cannot guarantee cross-contamination-free preparation.
  • Common allergens like nuts, dairy, and gluten may be present in our kitchen.
  • Please contact us directly for specific allergen information.

Liability

  • FreshBite is not responsible for foodborne illness due to undisclosed allergies.
  • We are not liable for issues arising from improper storage after delivery.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the meal in question.
  • Customers consume our food at their own risk and discretion.

Data Privacy

  • Contact and address information is stored only to process orders.
  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
  • Customers can request deletion of their data by contacting us.
