- •We are operating as a private tiffin service from a home kitchen.

Order Policy
- •Orders must be placed at least 2 hours before the desired delivery time.
- •We reserve the right to refuse orders during peak hours or due to ingredient unavailability.

Payment Terms
- •Payment is collected on delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- •We currently do not accept online payments.
- •Cash payments are preferred.
- •No advance payment is required for regular orders.
Cancellation Policy
- •Cancellations are accepted up to 4 hours before scheduled delivery time.
- •Orders cancelled within 4 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- •Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as per our refund policy.
- •Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
